Differences between Hangcha’s Warehouse Equipment
Hangcha’s warehouse equipment includes two collections: Pallet Truck and Pallet Stacker.
Pallet Truck
- Capacity: up to 3,000 kg
- Lift height: 80 mm, 125 mm
- Best for: fast, low-lift moves on flat floors and tight aisles
- Key checks: travel speed, gradeability for ramps, turning radius (Ast)
Pallet Stacker
- Capacity: 1.0–2.0 t
- Lift height: 2.0–5.5 m
- Best for: short shuttles with moderate lift in compact footprints
- Key checks: turning radius (Ast), gradeability for ramps, residual capacity at height
Selection Guide to the Right Warehouse Equipment
Aisle Width (Ast)
For stackers, Ast decides if you can turn and place pallets safely.Measure your maximum pallet length plus the truck length to the face of the forks plus the safety allowance (usually 200 mm). If the aisle is tight, a stand-on model requires less space than a walkie model.
Capacity at Height
A ground loading capacity will not hold at 4–6 m in height. Use the load curve provided in each model’s guide to match it to your heaviest pallet at its intended rack height. Always remember that capacity at height matters more than on-ground capacity.
Floor Flatness and Ramps
Uneven floors and slopes increase sway and stopping distance. Make sure the gradeability of your selected model has at least a 1–2% buffer over your workplace slope.
